Wanted: Rear TT Disc Wheel Clincher Carbon/Alloy ~£700

A friend is looking for a rear disc wheel for his upcoming TT season, and wanted me to ask on here just in case anybody has anything?

He'd like it to take 11spd Shimano, be a clincher, and ideally full carbon but an alloy brake track would be ok as long as it's not really heavy.

Budget of about £700, and would require posting up to Sheffield.

If anything has anything, or knows anybody with one on other forums/in the real world that'd be great.

A slight tangent, but a friend is selling her Powertap and Raltech cover.

The PT is built on an Archetype (by the Cycleclinic) and the RT is the ultralight version.

The PT was new a couple of years ago, race use only: just changed the battery for the first time.

The RT was from Hippy and is PT/Archetype specific

Would be £400 including shipping.
