What grease can I use to stop seat post sticking?

Copper grease or carbon paste (if carbon post/frame).

Carbon grip paste, always, even if it's not on carbon it gives extra grip meaning you don't need to tighten the collar as much. Copper slip is effective but if you get any on your clothes it's there for life.
