How big is the bit of billet you'd need?

I’ll need to get some measurements- not small though, think 3/4’s of a standard four cylinder lifter carrier, then *2

Do you know where they crack? You'll need to add design time, billet stock cost and machining time/process into the mix. I know some places but you'd need a design first
