Classy, I do like a fluted bezel.
Yesterday a customer let me get up close and personal with his ceramic goth Panerai, really nice watch, the dial numbers were cut out of the face, looked great.

That dial is called a sandwich dial, the lume is on a back dial plate. the one with lume painted on is called a sausage dial
