Does anyone except Singular (and rodeo labs, but spendy..) make a tapered steerer disc fork that will take a front rack? I’m sure I saw a picture of someones Giant tcx with one on here recently but can’t find it anywhere.

You mean like MTB fat tyres or regular tyres? I asked a similar question before. There's some Surly ones I think. You can also get a reducer headset and fit a 1 1/8" straight fork although it might look a bit odd.

Its to go on a CX bike, so just 35-40c would be fine. I don't think surly make a tapered steerer.
