Nothing like the same clearance

Does look a bit like an equilibrium

At least it's not grey

Dissapointing. Nice paint tough

Hmmm....I'm thinking I could have a go at that with a can of teal rattlecan on my black sequoia......then again, cider

• #65
Any more details yet.... Tubeset or price?
-

Meh. You can't just stick Horizons on any old shit and make it good.

725 and I believe £1300 for that model

Fairlight Strael update looks nice, through axles and simplified rear dropouts:

Fairlight Strael update
They've missed a trick not increasing tyre clearance too imo.
-
• #72
Hmm yeah maybe. If I had one of those I'd probably want to run some 32c tyres all year with or without guards which is seemingly not possible. At the same time though running some modern through-axle disc wheelsets with ever-widening rims there's a good chance that 28c tyre will expand to close to 32... So I wonder what the real world max actually is, what they've tested with.
-
• #73
If they gave it clearance for 32 people would want clearance for 35. It's right IMO.
-
• #74
Fair point, it can probably take more depending on set-up. 32 w/guards seems like a good number to achieve for a British all-weather road bike these days. That's more than calipers could achieve whilst not quite road plus/touring territory.

anyone know what happened to Charge's 2018 bike release that they debuted at Grinduro?
I feel like i'd have broken at least 6 spokes trying any of that.
