Is your multi controller a bit shit?
Mine on this brand new one is very shit. It's so loose (in and out not in relation to the back plate that it's attached to) that it's hard press the right button (there are 8). It's also not centred in the thumb dial ring, so when you press one of the buttons it almost moves the ring!
Online many folk are among either there's is fine, or its super loose...
If nothing else, feels like the buttons on a £50 argos compact.

Never thought twice about mine so assume it's fine.

Can't you return it? Or get it fixed on warranty?

Gonna ask. Ordered from hk, but despatched from a warehouse in London. I'm leaving in a few weeks so poss not long enough for a repair.

Used to have a 20d, serval 40d and a 5d2, all of which are tank like in construction. Even after over a decade of use they feel so so so much more positive.
