Bike-discount also have a bunch of stems for €10 and a 120/135mm one for €7 if you're ultra-pro. Those are the sort of prices I'm willing to pay to experiment with my bar position. There's not a massive array of sizes though. Actually the whole sale is pretty nuts - I just happened to be looking at stems - they also have bars, seatposts, etc.
And at €30 I'm pretty sure this is the cheapest 11-42 cassette out there - but note that it's 10-speed not 11, and a bit of a porker at 435g
