That’s like turning up to Tesco Head Office with a pint of milk because it’s off and asking for a refund.
You return to the retail outlet from which it was sold, not their business premises. If their returns department happens to be in the same building as their head office, remember it’s very highly unlikely, unless there is a retail outlet there, that it’s going to have a customer facing facility.
There are very straightforward ways of returning a product:
- Return it to the shop you purchased it from accompanied by the receipt.
- Post it back to the suggested Return address accompanied by a returns form and the original order form if purchased online.
