I remember a load of us standing outside Beigel Bake, and a lad went by on a stolen bike. Someone spotted it and gave chase, followed by the whole group. He handed it back, with not too much argument.
Loved the early bridge rides. The big thing I noticed about them was how it grew and the percentage of girls coming got larger and larger. -
