Now I wonder what my 1RM is if I skipped the earlier sets. Does anyone just go in cold and bust out their biggest lift?
Warm up is to warm you up. It the heat is on in the gym you don’t need to do very much. 75% 1RM - a few reps and then go for it. I’ve no heat in the garage and when weights get heavy, warm up takes longer than working sets!
