  • Calloused hands are your fault!!! They develop because of poor grip technique. Mark Rippetoe mentions this - possibly in YouTube. Callouses develop because of a skin fold when you grip the bat - adjust your grip to remove the fold. Have a look on YouTube for his info.

  • I've seen his grip setup for squats where he angles the hands but not deads. I'll have a look.

    It's not just deads that are callousing my hands though so there's more to look at.
