Wtd: silver threaded headset, SPD pedals

Hi,

To complete an upcoming build I'm looking for these bits:

• silver threaded headset 1". Ideally should be ITA, but the Internet seems to suggest this is basically interchangeable with ISO? (Is the Internet correct?)
  
• a cheap & cheerful pair of SPD pedals, eg M-520
  
  

This build is supposed to happen on the cheap, but if you come and wave cool/interesting stuff in front of me there's a chance I'll quickly forget about having said that and buy it off you :)

Got a Shimano R500 rear wheel near mint was my turbo trainer wheel £20.do you need stems and bars got quill stem type and bar .£10 any type

Also, I'm realising I don't have any pedals to go on this bike... not gonna ride very far. So would buy some cheap & cheerful pair of SPDs (eg M-520) that you may have lingering at the bottom of a drawer! Will update 1st post.

I have some flip flop spd pedals, (one side flat, the other side spd) and could maybe find a pair of m520 pedals if you can wait till this weekend for me to have a look
