Holy shit I found the smoking gun! I found the confirmation of policy update page in my web history (with handy Lloyds website system error pop-up box in corner). It literally says "Confirmation (big green tick.jpg) - Thank you, your updates have been processed and are effective immediately". Oh sweet lord the gratification! CONFESSION RETRACTED! Bring on the formal complaint and magistrates hearing and compensation you bag of utter dicks.
