Help my sister on bike polo project

Favour to ask for my younger sister - she studies sports fashion and has to make an item of cycling clothing. She has chosen that it will be something to do with bike polo, and I think the concept is that it is something you could in theory wear to work, commute in and play polo in.

for this she needs to know what people wear to work, and what they wear to play polo.
Would you all be so kind as to send me a photo of you in your work clothes, and a photo of you in your bike polo clothes? I shall do the same, but WFH today is in my pyjamas.

Triple pockets on the back of a sweatshirt is always a winner.

Also short with hard ware fabric to prevent shorts to brake on the saddle the knee pad on cycle leggings would be ace
