I say that, but I don't know when it's going to get better, Ethereum miners are buying them all because Ethereum isn't compatable with ASIC processing like bitcoin.
The best time to buy is to watch the Ethereum market and when it goes down the prices of cards will go down with it. There's even profit you make by playing it like arbitrage and return them when the market rises again.
