The seller bought this on Thursday. These are pretty rare (500-1000 produced) and Omega bought up the last 3 for the museum. But this watch is in no way collectible condition (horrible case) so I doubt he’ll get anything like what he’s asking. I’m not really a fan of mid (rather than early) ‘70s omegas for several reasons: movement quality was starting to fall, but also omega were in financial difficulties and weren’t innovating like they were in the 60s and very early 70s.
Compared with my mint 176.007, I know which i’d rather have, despite the rarity factor...
Speaking of nice speedmasters, this is up for sale in r/watches at the moment.
