ALAN cable guides

Before I spend hours trying to build a 3D model (something in which I have no experience or skill), does anyone know if there is a source for ALAN top-tube cable guides? If not, has anyone tried to get some printed? If not, does anyone know someone/somewhere that could replicate them from an example piece (which will need work on the model because it's worn)? Pic of offending item:

I could draw it for you. I also did the cable stop for @PhilDAS CAAD12, if you need any credentials. ;) You could then get it printed in aluminum or stainless steel by shapeways.com.

Or elmy cycles in Ipswich. They have loads of old Alan frames etc lying around.

Formatting Help

Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----

To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word

That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
