Mavic ksyrium pro exalith 2 - clincher

guys,

have these from the friend some time ago as wanted to use them myself but since then I have aquired carbon wheels on this glorious forums and as I have too many wheelsets already need to part with something.

they are pretty much 'like new' he had them 'with' a bike but upgraded to Campagnolo Bora's and only used Mavic's while waiting for new wheels for about 100 miles (max)

Their only sin is that they were standing in his garage and than mine for a good few months (but all dry and secure).

I gave them a wipe now to take those pictures below but they could do with a good clean which would make them look new.

As you can see on the braking surface there is no wear and they look new.

As a bonus they will come with originally fitted Campagnolo Record Cassette - there is no markings on the cassette and I had my doubts as Record I have is in 'two' colours but it might be a difference between Record and Super Record - I am not sure and have no desire to research that. Cassette also with up to 100 miles mileage on it.

Anyway to the point
Cassette new would price over £100 at best of times
Wheels are at best £750 new - these are almost new but ... not

• there is a bag of tools and free set of brake pads for those Mavic's - you would need another set of pads to fully appreciate braking technology here.

I believe these are 2016

£420 / £430 delivered - I rather start using them than go much lower but if you have money and ready to part with it ping me.

admittedly - I do not know

I wouldn't run these tubeless, especially when Mavic themselves have delayed their UST for another year on the exalith rims.
Brilliant wheels though and braking is just superb.
