Think prnt screen on my antequated laptop gets overwritten every time. Can’t see a way of recalling them. Think it was a network connection issue that meant the transaction and confirmation mail both got lost. Must have deleted unsent items when I forced shutdown to run out of office immediately after “sorting” the insurance. Fuck.
