Yepp, Shimergo setup. 10spd brifters with 8/3 xt/lx MTB parts. Works really well, fourth bike running similiar. Shifting is great, maybe 1-2 gear won't shift 100% spot on (in terms of racing, not touring), but you can tune this to be the smallest sprockets. BTW, anyone any experiences with the 11/9 combination?
I have those same shifters and in my experience they don't shift that great as 10 speed campag either. I'm gonna convert mine to 8 speed shim at some point. Done with campag.
You mean 10 or 11 spd shifters? As said, the Shimergo setup is working really well on four bikes. For me that's the best reliable (and cheap) combination for touring and commuting...and i prefer the look and ergonomy of the ergos.
