Yours looks good, should get the alfine cranks next. Mine could do with loosing some weight, Hmmm I wonder if you can still get that fork...

Brakes ok btw?

I've just fitted a spare UN55 and a surly chainring - keeping the stock cranks. They're fine and like the limitless reliability of the square taper bb. Makes the most sense for commuting imo.

Brother do a carbon 1 1/8 fork.

Rear is ok, had to replace the front with a deore.
