tubular with leak near valve

hi guys,

I just sold some vintage tubulars around the globe, and the buyer claims one of them leaks near the valve. he does not want to ride them, just needs them for a showbike. so 1-2 bar should suffice I guess? I assume there is a way to fix this?

Some vittoria pitstop or stans sealant might be enough to get it to hold air better.
