  • Shall I just add a small spacer

Yes, I can even sell you small spacers, a 4mm one will make the total stack between the compression ring and the bottom of the stem exactly 5mm

  • Hi, after one for a 2017 pre cursa please, do you know what size I need? Cheers

  • do you know what size I need?

Probably 46 by something, measuring instructions are in the first post.

  • Right will measure when back at work next week, do you have any in stock at the mo? Cheers Jim

  • Yes, everything except 45×4 is in stock

  • Just measured, it's 45mm x2mm but could do with a shim just in case if you've got one spare, cheers Jim

  • I don't have shims, nobody is willing to make them for me for less than 99p

  • I'm going to get new stock soon, so if anybody wants any odd sizes, now would be a good time to mention it.

  • Do you have any of your bullet end caps in sock? I need either one or, preferably, three.

  • bullet end caps in sock?

If you want to hit somebody with that sock, a few billiard balls are going to be far more effective than my end plugs, not to mention that billiard balls are available whereas end plugs aren't, and won't be unless you fancy buying a whole batch. Raceware is your man unless you want to go full #tartmode

  • If it's for a geared bike and you only need one, I have a spare that someone knocked-up on a 3D printer.

If you're doing it right, I have a pair of Tstr plugs... epoxied into Zipp s-bends...

  • @mdcc_tester Do you do 1" versions please?

  • No, but I can get one made as part of the upcoming batch.

  • Thanks, I won't be able to confirm measurements until Friday, will that be enough time?

  • will that be enough time?

Yes, I'm thinking in terms of order by end of January for delivery by end of February.

  • How do I buy one, need a 48mm for a Boardman, Thanks

  • Ello i have an integrated fsa 1.1/8”-1.1/2” tapered headset, you have any there for that? Cheers

  • you have any there for that?

Yeah, loads. Have a look at the first post in this thread and see what dimensions you need.

  • looks like i need a 47x3mm

  • I won't be able to confirm measurements until Friday

Which Friday? 🙂 I'm cutting this order off on January 28th, so next Friday will be OK.

  • @mdcc_tester

Any 35x3 in stock by any chance?

  • 35x3

What's that, a headset for an ant? If you meant 45×3 then yes, they are in stock.

  • My mistake, wrote complete crap. Sorry for that.
    46x3 is what I need.

  • @mdcc_tester
Have you ever done a low stack cap for a Dogma F8/F10?
Steerer is 1"1/8 but I don't have the bearing external diameter at hand.

This is how a standard 15mm round cap looks like:

This is how the bearings and top split shim look like:

And this is how the top of the head tube looks like:

If I'm still in time I would like to order one from you!

  • This is how the bearings and top split shim look like

Interesting design. Normal compression rings have a flat top, not a chamfer. If you can fit a normal compression ring (probably 45°), then I probably have something that will fit, there are 12 different stock sizes so it's unlikely to need anything special order once you've got past the funny compression ring issue. There is an official Dogma slammed headset cover that's only 3mm, but the only place I can find them without trying is Glory Cycles (nice people, but a long way away) for $49.99+shipping, that probably means your local Pinarello dealer will want £50 the way these things go.
