i can vouch for the customer services of stages UK and USA. i bought one off ebay in bb30 and the readings were off. i contacted stages and they were amazing and i sent back the faulty one and they sent me a brand new one. no receipt except the proof of purchase from eBay (i dont even think they asked for that). i then realised i had another one lying around and this was a gen 1 in hollowtech. never used it, but came on a bike i bought. the door compartment wouldnt close properly. told them again of it and they changed that over for me too with a gen 2 version. best CS ive ever seen and the way Stages USA worked with Stages UK was perfect.
