  • Do you mean stronglifts app? I'll have a look for it. I'm not strictly doing 5x5 or anything though so JEFIT seemed good because you can customise workouts and I just wanted it for my potential new weekly DIY session. I've just got back from going to a local gym.

    I'm not sure I like training without my coach - I'm too scared to lift the weights I should be lifting alone. :S

  • There's an element of customisation with the paid version:

    • Assistance work - unlock assistance exercises to target body-parts like arms, abs, calves
    • Custom Assistance - create your own custom assistance exercise, with your sets and reps
  • I don't need to super customise it. I only do "normal" exercises. It's just that the order or whatever might change. I was in the gym near me last night and it was busy as, even at 11pm! How the fuck am I supposed to do my sets with 20 fuckers sharing one squat rack?
