Get a thin sheet of steel with a big hole in it to sit just below your crown race and make it long enough to reach the top 2 bolts of your rack.

I've got this fork
on this bike
and want to attach this rack
However the fork doesn't have the mounting hole nor much space to drill it.. any clever ideas on how I could make it work..?
