Longines Legend Diver
I thought that, but crossed with an Explorer I.
Longines seem do quite nice traditional watches without it feeling like their PR department has forced them to make a 'heritage timepiece'.
An family member has one of these (I think)...although I could have sworn it had a sub second dial:

That JLC looks great. For a similar, much cheaper reissue, the Longines Legend Diver is very nice, and very good value.
