  • I use stronglifts, I like, but is there an equivalent for some sort of kettle bell thing?

I'd love to go to lessons but most are at commando castle. I fucking hate that sort of branding.

  • Didn't someone post kettle bell stuff up thread recently?

  • Do you mean stronglifts app? I'll have a look for it. I'm not strictly doing 5x5 or anything though so JEFIT seemed good because you can customise workouts and I just wanted it for my potential new weekly DIY session. I've just got back from going to a local gym.

I'm not sure I like training without my coach - I'm too scared to lift the weights I should be lifting alone. :S

  • I’ll give you a lesson bro. SRSLY.

  • Best is to book an hour session with a decent personal trainer, would cost you £50 or so and it will be worth it. The challenge is to find one who actually knows how to use a kettlebell....I have seen so many of them teaching it wrong. Where are you based?

  • It is possible to replicate StrongLifts using a pen, paper and a timer (phone). There are pre-printed books available too. I have one (£5 on eBay) which works for me when I am not using the StrongLifts App.
