Wouldn't this be the case for every wheel then with a dynamo then?
Which hub were you using? How many spokes / what lacing pattern?

From what I can tell, no. Used the Shutter 9 for rim brake (disc would have meant I may not have noticed the flex), 24spokes bladed, 36mm deep x 28 wide carbon rim. 2x
The first thing I would change to fix the problem would be to use the schmidt wide body hub. The shutter is really narrow. Maybe 28h would been better. The spokes aren't particularly light or flimsy.
