If I've already got a DTSwiss 350 135x5mm rear wheel, this video seems to show that I can change it to 142x12 TA with new end caps, so maybe I don't need a whole new wheel?

Well the video is showing a 350 hub, which is what I have.
"DT Swiss 350 (Hugi system) rear disc Centre-Lock hub 32 hole 135 / 5 mm black"
