So what is the answer.....
- If you are dropping a car within the range of specified ride heights then using the standard drop links is fine
- If you go lower than that you'll need shorter drop-links
- Adjustable drop links are only used in extreme cases when you're trying to pre-load the ARB's, otherwise they're for bodgers
So, in short - yes, you were wrong.
