Easiest thing to do is buy a new mac, un-encrypt hard drive, then return it. Tossers.

If you want to borrow my Macbook, we can arrange to meet.

Thanks, issue is it'll take possibly a few days, it's 400gb of stuff.

I'm not in a hurry for the stuff that's on it. So I'll find a spare machine somewhere, might be able to do it at university.

Up to you...

The machine mostly sits there in case i'm too lazy to walk upstairs and use the main computer. I wouldn't miss it if it was gone for less than a week.
