That's pretty reasonable I have to say but I'm living in Ireland so getting it over and back would be a bit of a faff... I have a mate who's an LBS owner I might get to do a job on it although I'd be happy enough to leave it if I go for a 130mm rear as it's 126mm at the moment... I'm going to get the groupset together and on the bike and ride it for a while before I get it refinished anyway so I can have a think in the meantime about respacing!

Forty quid and Seabass cycles will cold set the rear spacing to whatever you want.
