Budget around £150, will need shipping to Suffolk.

• shifters: road double.
  
• FD: braze-on; RD: short cage.
  
• cranks: compatible with a British threaded BB; ideally 175mm, but not too fussed; ideally 52/36, but not too fussed.
  
• cassette: at least a 25t bottom sprocket.
  
• brakes: short/standard drop; dual pivot.
  
• chain: not needed.
  
• condition: scruffy is fine, but I should be able to get something that isn't too challenged for the budget: I'd rather nice 105, than trashed Ultegra.
  
  

I'm happy to piece something together from various sources, but will need to get shifters first. If I do this, I won't need a RD as I have both Shimano and SRAM spare.

I have a 10 speed 105 lying about, but without brakes tho

I've got 105 10 speed with brakes but the front brake is Sora. 175mm cranks.
£70.

It's done about 7,000km so it's not mint but it's ok.

Can't remember what the sprocket is but it will be min 25t, will check this eve.

Let me have some more details please: crank length, FD mount, chainring and cassette sizes, price (including shipping) and photos.

I'm not fussed about the brakes matching and "not mint" is fine too, as long as the wear isn't excessive.

53/39? Cassette isn't a deal breaker, but would be good to know. Just to confirm: braze-on FD?

I assume the shifters have wall rash, the cranks heel rub and maybe the RD has been laid down, so some photos of that please.

bad news first
Have just checked cranks are 175 and 130 bcd tiagra 4600

Other news :
shifters are 105 st-5703 (so triple, but i've ran them on a 2x10 setup fine)
front derailleur is braze on FD-5600
RD is either brand new 105 RD 5701 (long cage) or used ultegra RD 6600
Cassette is in super good condition CS 5700 11-25
