Saw that Cinelli Ellttico on Ebay.
I've never seen one on the Cinelli website.
Does Cinelli make unique frames like this to order?
I like that yellow lo-pro Super Corsa as well, I wonder how that got made.

Couldn't agree more, them two are special. The Lo-pro is a one off customer order, absolutely no idea about the minimax. This Vetta is the only clue to how it was made:
