In non-Seiko news, i might have arrived at a choice for a new, sub 38mm, dive watch:

I was hoping to spend less than £1k but these are £1,500 and i can get a slight discount which brings it closer to what i was after.

I'll have to try them on first but i'd like the Hyperchrome. I can pick up a rubber strap for the beach etc so I can go swimming then i'm set.

Fingers crossed i can find one in a shop over the weekend.
