It’s a running joke that Goobz is shit at catching balls since he lost an eye, but then again he was shit at catching balls before he lost an eye. He just just everything at full stupid speed.
Yes, but surely when he still had stereometric vision his ineptitude would have been due to (more) youthful exuberance (I'm sure he still has lots of it), and that would have been made worse by the loss of vision? Obviously, it's hard to compare. It makes you feel for him, as it's unlikely he has any way of understanding what has happened, although hopefully may be able to manage his actions more carefully from painful experience. He was certainly one of the shyest and sweetest dogs I've ever met (and for dogs, that's saying something), although that was years ago.
Doesn't missing one eye reduce his spatial judgement, increasing the likelihood of crashing into things?
