Italic emojis (e.g. when quoted): feature or bug?

😄
Emoji = text, so depends on the font.

http://www.youtube.com embeds but the same url with m.youtube.com does not.

That might actually be handy for the people that don't like the automatic YouTube embedding.

It might be but it's not how I would expect a site that automatically embeds to work.

Agreed. However, I wouldn't expect a site to embed it automatically in the first place. It doesn't automatically embed picture links either.
-
• #6685
Maybe, but for whatever reason it does automatically embed http://www.youtube.com videos so I'd expect the same behavior when posting on a mobile.

Doesn't stop me mentioning it. I presume he's still going to look at this thread for issues.

Hasn't it always been like that? Even pre microcosm.app.

Anyone else suddenly had the lfgss notification links in their emails blocked by ublock origins?
-
• #6690
Nope, just opened one for a thread I was following and in the last couple of days, ones for PM have worked too.
-

Someone must've added gmail or lfgss or something to one of the blocklists. I don't have time to search the lists so fuck it, I've disabled ublock origin for now.
It's odd though because I use the same browser, ublock, gmail in this office and it works fine. As soon as I disabled ublock at home it stopped blocking lfgss. I reset ublock to defaults and it still failed.
My ublock config is the same - defaults here.

. I don't have time to search the lists so fuck it
You can just add an exception rule, no?
-
• #6693
I started but then I felt that was a band aid solution so I'll leave it fucked at home and try and pin down which list is causing it. Just thought I'd post at the time in case it was something common to others. I use a number of machines too so hate adding custom exceptions for stuff that should just work .

• #6694
It also makes no sense that it's still working here with the same browser config.
-
• #6695
Have you turned it off and on again?

• #6696
Clear your cash and eat some cookies?
-
• #6697
Strange, I've done nothing to uBlock except install it.
-
• #6698
Yeah, I used the weirdness as an opportunity to install some updates. No change.

• #6699
I always have some cash and no cookies.

Same. What's stranger is that it just stopped working, having not made any browser changes or anything else I can think of that were related. That's why I updated FF and installed win updates since I thought it'd just fucked out and needed a fresh outlook on life..
Maybe the Music Makers thread has PhilDAS on ignore?
