Will be 109mm if it came off a CAAD12, yep.
This guy had the same issue and found where to buy the spacers from (ended up being US by the look of it)

Apart from the bit about ordering the spacers in from the UK, or failing that Dr Cannondale in De.

You won’t have to order them from the US - although your friendly local dealer may well have to order them in from the mothership.
