Awesome, I knew that case profile would be cool :D
Groves cut in the case/bezel matching up, must be designed with the thought of being used with diving gloves.
Lume is epic.

It's a seriously impressive watch for the cost. Has a bit of a cult following. It isn't to everyone's taste but then again which watch is?

Well said.
That a cracking opener to a thread haha! I recognise the later monster models, tbf I should have recognised yours, bezel and 12o'c lume is a dead give away.
A great purchase.

Just missed a Railmaster in the Santa Clara Omega shop by half a hour.

I'm going to agree with @Señor_Bear on this. It's a bit try too hard, especially the face. You have a nicely graduated face stuffed with as much white branding as possible. It looks like a rugby league shirt. Remove 3/4 of the print, get rid of the blue on the bezel, orange diver strap. That would be much better.

The four different fonts just look a bit of a mess.

Silly, but serious question. If you cannot decide which watch to buy, what criteria do people normally use to decide? I'm hung up on several watches and I simply cannot decide. I've been to shops loads in the last few weeks to try stuff on and I am so stuck. First world problem but they all make me smile equally when I put them on - just cannot decide.

Is it difficult to pick one out or to let the rest down?
If the former; don't buy any of them, aim a little higher.
If the latter; get them all, one at a time. Now your decision is only the buying order. -

No silly colours.
Need-to-have functions.
Time keeping accuracy.
Price. -

Which watches?
Plenty of opinions on here ;)

• #25123
How often will I wear it over the existing watches
How similar is it to something else I own
Will I want rid of it in the future
PriceCurrently I am debating buying a watch i already own, but in a different colour.
Will have to order from Japan which potentially could increase the cost by ~30% with customs etc. -

Speedmaster First Omega in Space
Tudor Black Bay 36
Rolex DJ 41
Omega Railmaster
Rolex Explorer 1I know they’re quite different but I like them equally. Not that concerned about holding value - just want a watch that I like. BB36 obviously lowly of the low in comparison to the others but it wears very nicely on my tiny wrists.

On top of all other considerations from others I'd also ask:
Can you afford to use/lose/break it - will you wear it daily in all conditions, or is it only for special occasions? Afford not necessarily in the financial sense either.
Do you have (a) significant other(s) that can sway opinion?
Also, which one fits comfortably under/with the clothes you wear?
Love it, don't think I've see this Seiko diver before. Side profile shots plz, and of bracelet :)
