But what IS it? I see it every day and can't explain it. No roads nearby. Cameras on all 4 corners. 2 rows of 10ft chain fence with razor wire at the top. Too close to local estates for it to be a FEMA camp, not enough access for utilities company (there's a few big underground Southern Water facilities nearby). I know there are loads of old cold war bunkers on the hills around here including one just behind my house which was supposed to be manned all the time and then 'after the bombs fell' the sole person inside it was supposed to go outside and have a look so they could report the damage back to Whitehall.
