Anyone got a 3 day a week fast 5 km plan?
long run on Sunday, 400m reps on a Tuesday, hill sprint reps on a Thursday.
Mix up a10km with sprints a 5km and another 5-8km uphill.
Totally unscientific but it gets me running quicker
