I’ve never done it - I imagine it gives a lot of judder. I would probably have put trp cx9 on. Tradeoff mud clearance for judder free stopping power.

Yeah, I have been there. But this is a dbad build. Frame was constructed around these brakes

Not sure which model you've got but Tektro 1275AT.1 is the model with the additional 5mm clearance off the front (vs. 1274AT.1). Might save you a few quid

Have you considered hydraulic disc brakes? They're quite good.

I’m sure they’re excellent but everybody did fine before they came about and I quite like my bitey cable discs. Don’t need any of this poncey modulation crap. I can endo my Arkose seated if I like
