He has the base talent and athleticism. Decision making is poor. He loses the ball because he tries the wrong thing, not because his touch is shit or he is too slow. He could be another Joe Cole, or he could just need a little bit of one on one coaching from a decent coach like Sterling/Guardiola.
£15m is about 15% of a decent striker for Chelsea/MU/MC.

He's been first team for, what, seven seasons then? Amazing... I kinda like him at that price, as you say it's a cheap punt, but I'd much rather chuck that £15m on a decent striker...
