You'd need some heat to make it easier to bodge back into shape. Really, if it's a steely then try a breakers yard or even a new replacement would be cheap to source and more time efficient.
The tyre is still up this morning. I don’t know if the roundness of the wheel has been affected, more just the rim at its last fold.
I dunno, I’ll have a better look in the daylight.
