Good idea - fly in to Marrakesh and take it from there ( I left the bike packed and put in on the bus to a town called Azrou in the Moyen Atlas, more peaceful and greener ). Most distance buses ( CTM etc.) will take a fully asssembled bike for long hops. Practice your French, pick up some Berber, and use the quieter roads. As ever 'crazyguyonabike' has some good reports. Half decent hotels for around a tenner, wild camping pretty straightforward - some boisterous dogs looking after sheep flocks in the High Atlas.
