Hi there,
This seems to be a low flange hub and they are usually 120mm spaced but there are adaptors which could make it 130 for road frames converted to fixed.
It's definitely worth something, maybe look in the classifieds and see what they sold for recently?
Also worth mentioning, if this is a used set up, was the cog removed before the wheel was unbuilt? Would be a pain to build the wheel if the cog is stuck in place.
