• Is it a bad idea to do a 12hr a week after a 100? I was planning on entering the ECCA 100 the weekend before.

  • depends how much damage you do to yourself, you wont have fully physically recovered from the effort if you go all out, but you'd probably be recovered enough for the lower effort levels required for a 12, I think I was just back to healed in the saddle area a week after the race.

    The ECCA 100 closed on 4:08:48 last year and given the comp record this year I've firmly ticked the reserve box on this one with my 3:58 LTS
