Put a link on LFGSS to the first item you are buying, the highest priced one. You can even do this in a PM to yourself :)
Then click that link, uBlock will ask if you want to permit... permit it... end up at Amazon, add everything else you want and checkout.
If the first item is as the result of clicking through then the whole cart gets acknowledged.
The first item that you clicked on is a direct click and will be worth a fraction of a % more than the other items in the cart. So make that the most expensive one if you know in advance what that will be.
That's pretty much it.

@Velocio: A few of noob questions, sorry.
If I'm buying some thing(s) on Amazon, do I fill up my cart and then reload the page with the affiliate link before checking out? Or do I purchase each item individually through the affiliate link? Or if I click on the affiliate link at the beginning of a shopping session, will the items accrue?
Lastly, do I need to do anything with ublock?
